Hello there everyone!
This last week has been filled with a lot of contacting and tombezvous's. Luckily our contacting has been extremely effective. We got eleven SNAPs this last week. (A SNAP is a Second appointment, Name, Address, Phone number). We are both really hopeful for a few of the people we've just met (including a man named Christophe who even came to church yesterday!) especially because several of our long-time amis (such as Eduardo and Frère Yabidi) haven't really been progressing and are facing the possibility of being dropped.
The work is going great and it's fun! We are having a heck of a time trying to budget out money. Food is just way too expensive here. We should be fine as long as we don't eat out though. It's just a bummer that we're surrounded by some of the best cafés and patisseries in the world and can't afford to eat at them. Oh well. C'est la vie.
Sorry that this has been so short, but there's not a whole bunch to say this week. Things are going good. I love and miss you all!

This picture is of a Millefeuille Framboises. It's absolutely heaven on earth. Unfortunately, the bakery that we get them at (the one right beneath our apartment) is closed until the end of August. Sad day.
